*Cefn Cottage* is a high standard barn conversion constructed of local stone on the courtyard of the original farm house. The cottage offers service users two newly decorated en-suite bedrooms approximately 16 square meters in size and a shared bathroom on the first floor, accessible by a short flight of stairs with a fitted handrail.

The ground floor offers a domestic style, homely kitchen/diner facility, communal lounge with comfortable seating and access to SKY television, a a ground floor shower room, and utility room with washing and drying facilities.


The medication room with en-suite toilet and wash hand facilities is located on the ground floor and provides facilities for the safe storage of medications. The cottage has two en-suite bedrooms.

The cottage has a private garden and patio area with BBQ and outside dining facilities, whilst the service users also benefit from extended access to the larger grounds of the former farm. The cottage has a designated all weather smoking shelter for use of service users.
